Drenched in art and culture, this little town is just a few hours drive from Port Au Prince, the capital city of Haiti. A popular tourist attraction of Jacmel is Bassein Bleu. This is a series of waterfalls located in the hills of Jacmel. It is located 12 kilometers west of Jacmel. You can get there by car.  More adventurous tourists sometimes opt to trek to Bassein Bleu or cover the distance on horseback. This place is also home to several exotic birds and flora. The hills also offer a beautiful view of the Jacmel Bay. Art, culture and natural beauty combine to make Jacmel one of the most popular tourist destinations in Haiti.
