Latest developments on this Tiger Woods-Elin Nordegren divorce issue states that Elin prefers to have the divorce applied not in Florida where they presently reside but in California where they have acquired a home. This according to reports is because divorce in California calls for an equal division of mutual assets among couples; and Nordegren obviously prefers this set-up.
